Total Body HIIT is a full body, high intensity interval training workout lasting  for 30-minutes. Coach Justice will energetically take you through the warmup and the workout using no equipment. Just remember to bring your water bottle!

Total Body LIIT is a full body, low impact interval training workout that lasts 30 minutes from warmup to cool down. Bianca will coach you on all the steps throughout the session which will combine basic yoga with functional movement patterns. Bring your water bottle!
