WHAT IS VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING?

Virtual personal training with Body Positive Boot Camp is court-side coaching with our certified personal trainer, Bianca Russo. You will be guided through a customized video workout from warm up to cool down, getting individualized attention that's affirming AF. Your workout is completely tailored to your needs through a process of carefully reviewed intake forms and a developing trusted and transparent relationship with your trainer. As an injury-prevention specialist, Bianca works patiently and encourages the less-is-more approach for those who are new (or recently returning) to physical activity. 


 

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

We get started by learning more about you. Please sign up for an initial session at a time that works best for you! After making your purchase, take no more than 5 minutes to fill out your online intake forms. During our first virtual meeting, we'll review your answers and briefly discuss how to translate those objectives into a sustainable training program that meets your needs.

 

Please be prepared to start each session on time. We will meet on Zoom at the time you've booked online, and the link to your zoom room will be enclosed in your confirmation email. Each workout will last 30 minutes from warmup to cool down. Be on time, bring a water bootle, and get ready for an affirming AF workout!
