For 8 weeks each Summer, Bianca hosts an all-levels workout series in Washington, D.C.
Mindful Movement is a 45-minute class designed to enrich your sense of belonging and compatibility with exercise.
In this inclusive, work-at-your-own-pace class we'll practice using the mind to muscle connection during daily exercises like sitting, standing, walking, and using stairs or ramps. We'll complete a low-impact endurance workout together followed by a cool down and open discussion.
