Mindful Movement

For 8 weeks each Summer, Bianca hosts an all-levels workout series in Washington, D.C.

Mindful Movement is a 45-minute class designed to enrich your sense of belonging and compatibility with exercise.

In this inclusive, work-at-your-own-pace class we'll practice using the mind to muscle connection during daily exercises like sitting, standing, walking, and using stairs or ramps. We'll complete a low-impact endurance workout together followed by a cool down and open discussion.

Class Times:

Sundays, 8-8:45am & 9-9:45am

Workouts will begin on time so please arrive early.

We meet in the middle of Malcolm X - Meridian Hill Park in front of the Joan of Arc Memorial

between 15th St and 16th St NW.

 

Class Package

(6) Six-Class Package, $250

(8) Eight-Class Package, $300

Package offers expire after May 31, 2019.
