Virtual personal training is court-side coaching with Bianca while you workout!
Your workout program is completely customized through the process of reviewing your intake forms and in building trust with your trainer over time. Once we establish our connection, Bianca will focus on programming exactly what you want to get out of your fitness routine.
Each workout will take 35-40 minutes to complete from warmup to cool down. Please be prepared to start on time, so be ready with your assigned equipment and a water bottle before each workout.
Virtual personal training does not include unlimited email support and is only available in English.
